AGOLDE offers a 30-day return window for all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. We strive to ensure every piece meets your expectations, but if you are not satisfied, we provide a seamless process for domestic returns and exchanges.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your return is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
